Description
- Provide Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems
- Maintain/setup PC, printer and IT related hardware/software for existing vessel or new build vessel.
- Staging PCs and IT equipment for new build or existing vessels.
- Troubleshoot any hardware/software issues reported by vessel onboard ship.
- Manage and maintain satellite communication systems
- Maintain/design ship local area network.
- To maintain and upkeep IT hardware/software inventory.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science etc
- Experience with PC migration
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Overseas travelling (Japan /China/USA) etc
