We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage critical infrastructure projects, playing a crucial role in supporting our digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring alignment with company goals, customer requirements, and regulatory standards. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective resource management, and clear communication with stakeholders to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, budget, risk management, and communication strategies.
- Define project goals, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and lead project teams to monitor progress, manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, and ensure project delivery within scope, time, and cost constraints.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and changes.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, ensuring proactive measures to minimize potential issues.
- Implement quality assurance processes and conduct regular reviews to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
- Drive innovation by devising and implementing product pipeline strategies for sustainable growth and product enhancement.
- Manage product financials, including budgeting, cost optimization, and financial performance monitoring.
- Conduct project closure activities, ensuring all deliverables are completed to stakeholder satisfaction and facilitating knowledge transfer to operations teams.
Cross-Functional Support:
- Actively participate in Change Management and Major Incident management calls to ensure operational stability and incident prevention.
- Provide comprehensive support for operational activities, covering changes, incidents, and problem management.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.
- Foster a corporate culture based on integrity and compliance within relevant business processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure products and services.
- Experience in finance management and budgeting.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of digital infrastructure, business drivers, and cutting-edge technologies.
- Outstanding negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
