Consultant - Delivery Center Management

Tata Consultancy Services Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.

  1. Ensure optimization of delivery processes and bringing in cost effectiveness using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  2. Deploy Business Continuity strategies and ensure that there is no downtime for mission critical processes.
  3. Oversee the entire life cycle management of critical equipment. Vendor Management and Contract Management of these critical equipment to ensure 100% uptime and cost effectiveness during the operational life cycle.
  4. Responsible to make critical business decisions in consultation with Delivery head to meet customer expectations.
  5. Deploy Energy Savings Opportunities and develop action Plan to improve Energy Performance Index of facilities.
  6. Working level knowledge of Environment protection rules, solid waste management, plastic waste management, E-waste management, Construction & demolition waste management, etc.
  7. Contribute to the Net Zero vision / Carbon neutrality practices of the company by identifying and implementing sustainability initiatives. Knowledge of standards such as ISO 90001 for Quality Management / ISO 140001 for Environmental Management / ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety
  8. ISO 50001 for Energy Management Systems is essential.
  9. Expertise in sourcing premium office spaces, negotiating favorable lease terms, and ensuring adherence to all legal and statutory requirements.
  10. Proven ability in establishing and managing Delivery Centers, ensuring seamless operations, and prioritizing the safety and security of personnel and infrastructure. Knowledge of standard safety norms and protocols is essential.
  11. Prepare and manage the delivery center budget. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  12. Proven Vendor Management ability to Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality and reliability.
  13. Manage procurement activities for both capital goods and services, negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors to achieve the best value for the company.
  14. Ability to implement strategies to reduce costs without compromising on quality and ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
