Job Scope
- Welcome guests to the Restaurant.
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.
- Manage reservations and engage guests.
- Escort customers to assigned dining seats.
- Provide menus and introduce our signature dishes and tea.
- Cashiering.
- Greet customers upon their departure.
- Maintain a clean reception dining area.
- Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries.
