Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal hygiene care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming residents.
- Monitoring residents' physical and mental health, reporting any concerns or changes to the nursing staff.
- Assisting with feeding and hydration needs of residents, ensuring they receive proper nutrition and fluids.
- Providing basic first-aid and taking vital signs as directed by the nursing staff.
