Key responsibilities include :
- Manage recruitment to support the operations and services needs.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the institution
- Manage the offboarding activities, analyze trends and work with management to support the retention initiatives
- Provide professional HR advice on interpreting HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Facilitate and support the performance appraisal process to ensure objective performance reviews, promotions, salary benchmarking exercises, and career development
- Participate in planning and executing various employee engagement and recruitment initiatives and events.
- Prepare manpower reports for submission to stakeholders.
Requirement
- Min bachelor degree with at least 3 years’ experience in human resource management.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Fast learner and able to work independently and in a team to deliver results under tight timelines
