We use cutting-edge 3D scanning technology to create highly detailed and realistic figurines that capture every unique detail. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as full-time retail assistants.
Qualifications & experience
• Bilingual required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable demeanour.
• 5.5 working days/week, including weekends and public holidays. Flexible in shift change if required. **
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Tasks & responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers in the store, providing excellent customer service.
• Explain the 3D photoshoot and printing process to customers.
• Perform 3D photoshoots of customers with our specialised equipment. No technical knowledge required.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Follow up with customers regarding their orders and ensure timely collection. Benefits
