Title: Assistant Manager, Project Manager
Contract: 1 year contract (renewable, subjected to approval)
Working Hours & Location: Monday – Friday (9am to 6pm) at Westgate Tower office; Hybrid work arrangement of 2 days per week in office, remaining days work from home
Responsibilities:
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage critical Infrastructure projects.
- The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring alignment with company goals, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
- The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.
- This role plays a crucial part in supporting the digital transformation.
- Key responsibilities include strategic planning, identifying opportunities, defining project vision, prioritizing, fostering cross-functional collaboration (value-stream) to optimize our portfolio, and ensuring cost recovery.
- He/she is expected to take end-to-end ownership of incoming demands and relevant actions are taken. Furthermore, the role involves addressing cross-functional service management tasks as needed.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Strong understanding of infrastructure products, services.
Experience in finance management.
Specific Knowledge

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).

Strong understanding of digital infrastructure and underlying technological concepts, business drivers and cutting-edge technologies.
Outstanding negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
