Job Description:
- Manage and oversee all phases of waterproofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead and mentor project teams, including site managers, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure all waterproofing work meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and company safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and provide financial reports to senior management, ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the waterproofing or construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Project Management certification is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of waterproofing systems, materials, and application techniques, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams, with strong interpersonal skills to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making decisions quickly and effectively in challenging situations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
