About Our Client
Our client is a leading investor based in Singapore, focusing on communications, data centers, and technology infrastructure.
Job Description
- Developing a strategy for selecting Data Center sites.
- Plan capacity, design, evaluate, construct, and manage data center projects.
- Leading and establishing strategic agreements with vendors, landowners, and key suppliers for space and utility services.
- Engaging with external stakeholders and service providers to support feasibility discussions and contract negotiations with power grids, economic development agencies, and public utility companies.
- Sourcing and maintaining relationships with Data Center suppliers, focusing on contract and SLA negotiations, and creating or expanding agreements to grow and maintain data center and network sizes.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree holder in engineering or equivalent
- 10 years+ experience in collocation agreements, site selection for large-scale industrial projects, real estate evaluation, acquisition, development, construction, and utility agreements negotiation and management.
- Experience in the data center sector within APAC, particularly in establishing infrastructure in new markets.
- Creative thinker capable of providing both commercial and technical solutions.
