Job Summary:
As the Sales Executive for our job portal, you will be responsible for reaching out to HR Practitioners from all across different industries; to grow the business by selling our services to them. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish a healthy sales pipeline, setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Job Description:
· Experience in Canvassing, door to door sales and cold calling to customers.
· Preparing quotes and proposals for clients.
· Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
· Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
· Demonstrating our solution via the video conference or face to face meetings.
· Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services
Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree/Diploma or equivalent experience
· 2 - 4 years' experience in sales and hunting role; preferably in a Tech Industries.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated and results driven
· Focused and goal-oriented
