Responsibilities:
1) Support closely on routine and ad-hoc requests of:
a. Supply Finance Director
b. Project Lead
c. Project Team
2) Maintain the financial governance around the project expenses.
3) Ensure compliance to accounting standards.
4) Ensure compliance to Reckitt internal policies.
5) Support in the creation of POs.
6) Track costs against budget.
7) Coordinate actions and timelines with the different project departments
8) Provide financial insights on key project decisions (including key Productivity projects).
9) Update and circulate the monthly project spending report to the project team including actuals and rolling forecast.
10) Ensure to make project red flags visible on time across the whole organization without any constraints.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance and/or Accounting - preferably Cost Accounting or ACCA qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in multi-national companies.
- SAP experience.
- Business analysis experience.
- Project finance experience, CAPEX, ROI.
