Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Responsible for receptionist duties.
- Responsible general administrative duties inclusive i.e. Inventory list for stationeries, pantry supplies, organization of meeting rooms etc.
- Manage equipment servicing schedules for office equipment, photocopier, water dispenser, etc
- Keep inventory of building maintenance repair & replace items and liaise with building maintenance/vendors.
- Responsible for the Phone system. ID administration creation/removal of system account (Email, Door Access Control System, By the Bay Platform)
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or higher qualification with minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in using common office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently under multi tasks.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and technology.
- Fast learner, well-organized with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.
