Responsibilities:
At our Changi Business Park location, you'll be part of a forward-thinking team focused on delivering top-notch security solutions. Support and manage CyberArk credential operations to ensure seamless user access and compliance in a shift-based setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve CyberArk user queries efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely support.
- Assist users in obtaining credentials for access to systems and applications.
- Verify proposed changes thoroughly, ensuring compliance and accuracy before implementation.
- Work rotating 12-hour shifts, performing handovers to maintain seamless operations.
- Generate and maintain reports on CyberArk activities, incidents, and resolutions.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with hands-on experience in CyberArk operations.
Skills/Requirement:
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of CyberArk experience, including credential management.
- Familiarity with CyberArk PAM solutions and shift operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Availability to work 12-hour shifts, including night shifts, providing 24/7 support.
