We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Secretary Senior/Manager to join our dynamic team.



Job Description:

As the Corporate Secretary Senior/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all corporate secretarial functions within the company. This pivotal role involves leading the secretarial division, managing the full spectrum of corporate secretary duties, and reporting directly to the General Manager.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all corporate secretarial matters, including incorporation, amendment of company particulars, share allotment and strike-off applications.
  • Manage the filing of AGM and annual returns, along with other statutory filings.
  • Draft and review board and shareholders' resolutions, minutes of meetings, and other corporate documents.
  • Prepare comprehensive XBRL reports.
  • Lead and mentor a team of corporate secretarial professionals.
  • Address client inquiries and manage client requests efficiently.
  • Attend meetings with clients and handle complaints.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on the Companies Act and corporate governance matters.
  • Utilize Bizfile, IRAS e-stamping, CorpPass authorization, and other relevant tools.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant regulations.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of financial statements and accounts.
  • Liaise effectively with regulatory authorities, external auditors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic plans to secure more clients.
  • Perform any other ad hoc task assign by managements.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate secretarial role, preferably in a corporate service provider or accounting firm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Bizfile, e-stamping, and XBRL tools.
