Role Summary


We are seeking a highly qualified Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing support and collaborative problem-solving to the sales teams, as well as advanced resolutions to customers, as well as maintaining strong relationships with external customers and/or vendors.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in sales and customer service, with a deep understanding of best practices in both areas. You should have the ability to analyze and interpret sales metrics, demonstrating a goal-oriented mindset. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

What you’ll be doing

· Process customer orders in CRM & Microsoft AX upon receipt via different channels / platforms, in addition to AX, experience in JDE1 is a huge plus.

· Issue Purchase Orders/ manage Purchases to factories / suppliers.

· Follow-up on customer orders (new/aging) to ensure timely fulfilment of goods, services, and information to customers.

· Ensure billings are done and mail/email to customers on a timely manner.

· Monitor open purchase orders / inbound deliveries from factories and suppliers.

· Preparation of documents (Invoices / Delivery Notes) for scheduled deliveries.

· Answer queries from sales and customers on stock and shipment of orders.

· Provide professional & high-quality phone call & email support to internal and external stakeholders on a timely basis.

· Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently

· Act as the main point of contact for customers and ensuring their satisfaction via CRM.


Who you’ll be working with

· Sales Representative in processing customers orders

· Fellow Sales Support Coordinator in the region

· Sector Managers across the region

· Business stake holders


This is what you’ll need to be successful in this role

· Degree/Diploma in Business/ Finance/ Sales & Marketing/ Engineering or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years' experience in a Sales Operations or similar operations.

· Experience in Microsoft AX and JDE is a plus plus.

· Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM will be an advantage.

· Proficient user of MS-Excel Macro & PowerPoint Skills

· Hands-on experience with analysing big data and making forecasts.

· Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.

· Good time-management skills.

· Great interpersonal and communication skills.
