Responsibilities:
- Attachment to store for learning opportunity
- Organize incoming stock into respective locations for store-in
- Verify quantities, condition of items before delivery
- Handling of product samples
- Handle incoming calls / faxes / e-mails or serve walk-in customers on enquiries or confirmed orders
- Liaise with customers and negotiate on prices
- Prepare the necessary paperwork, such as quotations, delivery orders
- Follow up on outstanding enquiries, back orders and customers’ payments
- Issue credit notes to customers if necessary
Requirements:
- GCE “N’ levels or equivalent
- Preferably with 1 - 2 years’ working experience in customer service or field sales
- Fluent in English and ability to speak Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers) will be an advantage
- Has initiative and a positive learning attitude
- Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good communication skills & Possesses good problem solving skills
