Job Description:
Manage telephone enquiries professionally and reply all enquiries on timely basis.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Handle after-sales inquiries, coordinate bookings, and ensure seamless follow-up through the CRM system.
Maintain & update customers’ data, utilizing the CRM effectively to engage customers.
Execute Marketing Plan in accordance with marketing calendar in timely manner.
Manage digital media planning & strategy on media publishers’ sites, including timely posts and engagement in accordance with marketing calendar.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders to coordinate planning and executing events, product launches, and media engagement.
Collaborate with marketing lead and designers to create marketing collateral and manage event logistics.
Assist in building customer relations to increase customer engagement.
Job Requirement:
Minimum Diploma holders.
1 year or more experience in Marketing related positions
Proficient in spoken and written English
Service-oriented
Proficient in Ms Office and expected to attain proficiency in CRM system
