Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of current HR policies, processes, and practices, and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Advise management on HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct training sessions for management and employees on HR-related topics.
- Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Support the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture and retention.
- Provide support in handling complex employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and report on HR performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic experience as an HR Consultant or in a similar HR role..
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment..
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma in HR
- Experience in a consulting environment.
- Knowledge of industry-specific HR practices
