Job Summary

We are looking for a service now system administrator who can manage and maintain our service now platform and applications. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting service now modules and integrations. You will also provide technical support and guidance to end users and stakeholders. You will work closely with the IT service management team and the business process owners to ensure that service now meets the needs and expectations of the healthcare industry.


Job Responsibilities

  • Perform daily administration and maintenance of service now platform and applications, including user administration, security, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and notifications.
  • Implement and test service now se and enhancements, ensuring minimal impact and downtime.
  • Develop and maintain service now customizations and integrations using service now scripting tools, APIs, and web services.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot service now performance and availability issues, resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical support and training to service now users and stakeholders, resolving incidents and requests, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Document and maintain service now configuration, processes, and best practices, following ITIL and change management standards.
  • Analyze and evaluate service now functionality and features, recommending improvements and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with the IT service management team and the business process owners to understand and translate business requirements into service now solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a service now system administrator, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Certified service now system administrator or higher.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of service now platform and applications, especially ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
  • Proficient in service now scripting tools, such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Jelly.
  • Experience in service now integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
  • Experience in service now upgrades, patches, and enhancements, following best practices and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with diverse stakeholders.
  • Based in Singapore.
