Job Description

We are a leading organizer of digital immersive exhibitions in Art and Entertainment sector. As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are looking for a Operations Coordinator to assist the logistical and operational aspects of our exhibitions. This role offers and exciting opportunity to play a key role in the success of our exhibitions and contribute to our company’s growth.


Job Responsibilities:

Exhibition Onsite Operation Coordination

  • Assist exhibition daily operation to cover opening and closing, online ticket reservation, Merchandise sales and inventory, customer services and to resolve any operational issues as they arise.
  • Help with managing and training of onsite staff.
  • Coordinate with internal team and external vendors to ensure exhibition timelines, setup, execution and dismantling schedules.
  • Collect on-ground customer feedbacks and identify areas for improvement.

Vendor and Contractor Coordination

  • Liaise with vendors and contractors for services such as exhibition construction and audiovisual equipment etc.
  • Assist Operation Manager to manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Coordinate logistics and schedules with vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup of services.

Others

  • Assist advertising and marketing initiatives
  • Assist in budget management and sales forecast
  • Other exhibition related assignments


Requirements:

  • Qualification in Event Management, Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Two years of working experience, experience in events and exhibitions management preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for onsite event management.
  • Knowledge of Korean language will be added advantage.
