We are a leading organizer of digital immersive exhibitions in Art and Entertainment sector. As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are looking for a Operations Coordinator to assist the logistical and operational aspects of our exhibitions. Job Responsibilities:
Exhibition Onsite Operation Coordination
- Assist exhibition daily operation to cover opening and closing, online ticket reservation, Merchandise sales and inventory, customer services and to resolve any operational issues as they arise.
- Help with managing and training of onsite staff.
- Coordinate with internal team and external vendors to ensure exhibition timelines, setup, execution and dismantling schedules.
- Collect on-ground customer feedbacks and identify areas for improvement.
Vendor and Contractor Coordination
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for services such as exhibition construction and audiovisual equipment etc.
- Assist Operation Manager to manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Coordinate logistics and schedules with vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup of services.
Others
- Assist advertising and marketing initiatives
- Assist in budget management and sales forecast
- Other exhibition related assignments
Requirements:
- Qualification in Event Management, Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Two years of working experience, experience in events and exhibitions management preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for onsite event management.
- Knowledge of Korean language will be added advantage.
