X Star Technology, a leading fin-tech company, is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Customer Services Executive to join our team in Singapore. As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a critical role in copy with customers inquiries. Your expertise in customer services will contribute to the success and profitability of our business.
Job Scope:
• Assist the company provide customer support (Email, WhatsApp, phone support)
• Documentation and solving the customer inquiry
• Design and implement auto chatbot template for customer reply
• Able react immediately for urgent changes in arrangement
• Coordinate with all departments to collect information to reply to customer inquiry accordingly
Job Requirement:
• Min 3 years’ relevant experience is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• 3 language is preferred (English & Mandarin is a must, Malay is an advantage).
• Min diploma in Business Admin or equivalent.
• Experience in the automotive finance industry will be an advantage.
• Able to work as a Team, uphold strong code of work ethnics and confidentiality of information
• Be meticulous & customer orientated.
