Responsible in the overall contract administration, preparation of contract, request &negotiation with sub-contractors and other relevant duties.
- Analyze and identify prospects within the industry.
- Meet potential clients to determine their needs
- Build and maintain relationship with existing clients.
- Presentation on company profile and provide constant updates with existing and newpotential clients.
- Participate in Tender Bids & RFQ for New & Renewal Contracts.
- Conduct Full Process of New & Renewal Contracts.
- Co-ordinate and Negotiate with Vendors engage to support Contract Execution.
- Understand legal and commercial issues and propose risk mitigation to Legal Committeerelevant team for further approvals.
- Ensure quality of service is maintained aligning to IMS and BCM requirements.
- Work with QC department to follow up on customers’ feedback.
- Any other duties assigned by Managers, AVP & VP of Service Division.
