We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to help drive the growth of the Oatbedient brand in Singapore, through event activations and community building with a strong focus on leveraging social media and creative design to amplify our efforts in community-driven activities. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders of the business to ensure every project not only meets but exceeds our standards, enhancing our brand’s presence and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Events Management

· Manage all aspects of event executions, including conception, planning and budgeting, coordination, design and marketing promotion, logistic management, onsite operation, reporting and analysis.

· Create and design creative materials, including artwork and publicity materials, to enhance brand visibility and impact at these events, roadshows and brand initiatives.

· Work with the marketing and design teams to develop brand and marketing materials that support overall brand growth and community engagement.

· Act as the primary point of contact for community engagement at these events, fostering connections with attendees and building lasting relationships.

· Utilize event-driven content to nurture and grow our community, driving participation and engagement before, during, and after events.

3) Social Media Management for Events and Activations

· Develop and execute social media campaigns that specifically promote upcoming events, roadshows and activations, working in tandem with the broader social media strategy, to engage with our target audience, build brand power and drive community interaction.

· Craft, create and curate compelling event-specific content for social media platforms, including posts, stories and videos that resonate with our audience. This includes live updates, behind-the-scenes footages and real-time engagement during the events.

· Collaborate with the social media manager to ensure that event-related content is integrated seamlessly into the overall content calendar and strategy.

What You Bring:

· Experience in managing events, with a strong focus on community building and engagement, ideally within a consumer-facing or lifestyle brand.

· Experience in partnership development and collaboration with external brands or influencers to enhance brand visibility and impact.

· Proficiency in social media management across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc), with a particular strength in creating engaging content for events and brand activations.

· Strong organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines with ease.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for building and nurturing relationships.

· Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively across different teams.

· A proactive attitude with a knack for resourceful problem-solving and overcoming challenges.

· A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.

· Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint; proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.

· Passionate individuals with a keen interest in events management and community engagement, with a desire to make a meaningful impact are welcome.
