Position: Senior Sales Engineer (Job ID: 19206)
Job Description:
-Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle, including customer meetings, quotation submission, sales order processing, and delivery follow-up.
-Provide advanced technical solutions and support to customers.
-Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
-Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company’s overall sales and marketing objectives.
-Mentor and guide junior sales engineers, providing training and/or support as needed.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any technical or logistical challenges.
-Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
Job Requirements:
-Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
-Possess own car
-Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in a technical sales role.
-Strong leadership qualities and experience in mentoring or leading a sales team.
-Aggressive, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
-Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions.
-Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations.
-Experience in a senior sales or sales engineering role within factory automation and/or semiconductor will be advantage.
