Position Overview:

The HR Specialist will be integral to our recruitment and staffing operations, focusing on optimizing our internal HR functions and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting both job seekers and employers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the recruitment process for internal roles, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate selection.
  • Client Relations: Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs, provide tailored recruitment solutions, and manage client expectations throughout the hiring process.
  • Candidate Support: Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to placement, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Employee Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into the company culture.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintain accurate and confidential employee records, and manage HR documentation.
  • Performance Management: Assist with performance evaluations, employee feedback, and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related role, preferably within an employment agency or staffing environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices, employment laws, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
