Job Description:-
1. Preparing tender & contract document
2. Attend site briefing (During the tenderstate). Obtain quotation from supplier & sub-contractor.
3. Document study and drawings measurement.
4. List out or analysis quotation from Supplier & Sub contractor.
5. Pre & Post Tender Document compilation.
6. Preparing letter of Award to Supplier & Sub Contractor.
7. Understanding all terms & Condition ,lead time from Subcontractor.
8. List out all material to be procure.
9. Prepare monthly progress claim to Consultant & evaluate Sub Con claim.
10. Prepare & submit variation order claim to consultant.
11. Itemized all the variation order or Omission cost for the project.
Job Requirement:-
1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field its equivalent
2. Entry level candidate are welcome to apply.
3. Two (2) years relevant experience in construction industry will be preferable. Good interpersonal skills and pro-active in problem solving
4. Must be able to start work at short notice period
