We are looking for an dynamic individual to join us in the Beauty and Wellness industry, with 6 outlets countrywide.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Track, analyze and improve on budget spends or performances for all digital platform utilised.
- Oversee website and social media accounts, ensuring timely updates, engagement, and innovative campaigns.
- Address consumer enquiries and feedback.
- Build and strengthen relationship with trade and mall partners to optimise consumer outreach initiatives.
- Manage and organise all brand/marketing activities through a quarterly calendar to ensure smooth and seamless marketing management processes.
- Keep abreast of the latest marketing and consumer trends and reviewing the trend for adoption.
- Develop creative promotional materials relating to membership marketing campaign, social media content, email campaigns, etc.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc duties/projects to contribute to overall marketing success.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma, preferably in Marketing, Mass communications, or related field
- 1 year of Digital/ Network Marketing experience in Social Media, google analytics, etc.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. (Prior experience in customer service is a plus)
- Computer-literate, basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Good command in both English and Mandarin
- Self motivated, energetic, independent and well-organised.
