- Develop comprehensive procurement strategies to support the company's overall operational goals and strategic planning.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure supply chain stability and product quality.
- Monitor procurement costs, implement cost control measures, and ensure effective management of procurement budgets.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock to meet operational needs while avoiding excess inventory.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and emerging suppliers to optimize procurement decisions.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies, timely identifying and managing potential risks.
- Recruit, train, and develop the procurement team to enhance their professional skills and overall performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and developing teams in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize procurement decisions through analysis.
- Strong negotiation skills, capable of effective communication with suppliers to reach favorable terms.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
