Job Description:
- Provide marketing support for the vehicle division, focusing on customer satisfaction, engagement, and alignment with HQ KPIs.
- Execute and support marketing and CRM events and activities.
- Manage social media content and channels.
- Develop and manage CRM and digital media content.
- Oversee Salesforce Marketing Cloud management, including tracking HQ KPIs and ensuring team accountability.
- Manage vehicle merchandise inventory.
- Service and manage the Concierge desk during showroom operating hours, ensuring all incoming visitors are directed to the relevant persons in a timely manner.
- Maintain and uphold showroom standards.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by your superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant marketing experience.
- Excellent commercial orientation and analytical skills with a creative mindset.
- Attention to detail and proactive in optimizing and innovating.
- Passion for the automotive industry with a strong desire to learn.
- Team player with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
