Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day administration functions and duties in production
- Updating of KPI reports and presenting to management.
- Provide secretarial support and administrative support to production team.
- Coordinate and make arrangements for meetings/appointments.
- Liaise with internal and external parties.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Secondary and above
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Business Administration or equivalent
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBi
- Good communication skills
- Meticulous and careful, able to organize well and multi-task
- Able to work independently.
