- Ensure yearly sales target set for assigned territory (i.e. dealers, direct customers and OEMs) are met.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and marketing activities for each assigned territory to achieve the set target.
- Work closely with automotive dealers to develop and grow IBMO market share in Singapore.
- Increase sales volume under direct customer by developing potential areas, expanding customer base and line sales through existing customers.
- Work closely with OEMs to increase the sales volume of genuine products.
- Ensure and monitor promotions and marketing campaigns to dealers, direct customers and OEMS are completed within the set time frame.
- Maintain close relationship with industrial customers to ensure that they continue to purchase our products, if possible increase sales volume through line sales.
- Pay regular visits to dealers, direct customers and OEMs to understand their needs and requirements.
- Provide after sales service and technical support to dealers, direct customers and OEMs.
- Attend to sales enquires and generate quotations.
- Ensure that accounts receivables are collected promptly.
- To provide advice based on past job experience to branch manager.
- Any other tasks or ad hoc report as and when assigned by Superior or by Management.
