Position: HR cum Admin Asst
Salary: $3000 - $3500
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support to HR department
- Maintains personnel records, updates databases, and creates guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Gather payroll data, publish job ads, schedule interviews, and prepare HR-related reports
- Develop training materials and respond to employee
✅ 2 - 3 years relevant work experience in HR role
✅ Knowledge of labor legislation
✅ Proficiency in using spreadsheets, strong organizational skills, and good verbal and written communication abilities
✅ Certification in Human Resources Management or a relevant field shall be desirable
