Sales & Marketing Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to queries on various platforms eg. Email, Website, WhatsApp,Phone Call, Social media: Facebook, Instagram etc.
• Issue sales order / invoices & consolidate delivery orders.
• Manage Website (Upload new menus, promotions, contact details, customer profile)
• Good business acumen and able to identify business opportunity.
• Support operational processes such as keeping the customer database updated, leads and opportunities follow-up pertaining to marketing activities.
• Develop marketing strategies & source for marketing material.
• Liaise with external partnerships to execute promotions or campaigns.
• Generate monthly reports, monitor performance of marketing campaigns & suggest solutions.
• Assist in conceptualizing current and new menus.
• Other adhoc duties assigned along with the progress of the company.

Requirements

1. GCE O Level or equivalent.
2. Possess at least 2 years experiences in catering operations preferred.
3. Knowledge of Marketing App eg. Canva will be a bonus.
4. Customer-oriented, Good interpersonal & communication skills.
5. Ability to Plan; prioritize and organize task.
6. Proficient in both English and Chinese languages with conversational and writing abilities.
7. Ability to resolve issues promptly
