ACCOUNT MANAGER [PUBLIC (GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTS): NETWORK, WIFI & MOBILE CONNECTIVITY]

  • Company: Award-winning International MSSP (Connectivity and Managed Security Services Provider) Organization that specializes in providing Connectivity (local, regional, global), Managed Network, Managed SD-WAN, and Managed Security solutions. Also provides Premium Residential & SME broadband & cybersecurity services.
  • Organization has corporate offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Philippines (but clients hail globally from 150 countries).
  • Opportunity Nature: Permanent Employment
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9 AM – 6 PM)


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing public (government) clients [50% Farming of Existing Clients & 50% Hunting of New Clients] by:
  1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities (by involving actively in Tender Processes as well).
  2. Meeting and exceeding revenue targets (through strategic account management and business development activities including Leads Generation & Sourcing for Leads).
  3. Developing relationships with key contacts (within assigned accounts).
  4. Supporting daily operational tasks (such as billing, revenue forecasting, and resource coordination).
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have experience with B2B Business Development & Account Management working experiences, minimally 3 – 5 years (within IT, Telco, Mobile Connectivity, and Managed Network Service field)
  • Self-disciplined & motivated, able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Well knowledgeable in following fields: Network, Mobile & Broadband, Connectivity, SD-WAN, SASE, Cybersecurity, Salesforce, etc.
  • Attention to detail, and solution oriented.
