Your role in a nutshell:

· The Wellness Sales Consultant (Club Segment) is responsible for driving business growth by developing new client relationships and managing key accounts within the Club sector, while contributing to market strategy and company promotions to enhance brand presence.


Your mission will be to:

· Responsible for developing new business (equipment sales and service maintenance) for the Company.

· Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and projects within the Club sector.

· Drive new business specifically targeting the Club segment including Golf and Country Clubs, Sports Clubs, and Wellness Centers etc.

· Contact by phone and visit potential and existing club segments on a regular basis with a minimum target to be achieved which will be set by the company every year.

· Develop and consistently update the list of prospects to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.

· Manage key accounts within the Club segment, overseeing all equipment sales, and providing necessary training and support to clients. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and equipment performance.

· To work with the Country Manager and assist, when necessary, with all functions and promotions, company events, and special programs held by the Company.

· To communicate and provide regular progress reports of all potential leads and sales to the Country Manager, and Management on a weekly and monthly basis.

· To proactively contribute ideas to the Company with the objective of improving revenues and reducing expenses while maintaining great service to all customers.

· Organize, produce, and contribute towards the company’s promotional and marketing activities.

· Stay informed about trends and developments within the Club sector through continuous reading, communication with other clubs, and attending relevant seminars and industry meetings.

· Commit to personal and professional growth by attending all required training courses, including E-learning modules. Ensure all training requirements are completed proactively.


A little about you:

· 5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar role.

· University graduates preferred.

· Proven experience in major B2B sales; experience in the Club segment is an added advantage.

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

· Ability to problem-solve and make decisions.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a respectful and collaborative work environment.

· Dependable and punctual in meeting job responsibilities and deadlines, demonstrates a strong sense of accountability in all tasks.

· Proven ability to persevere and overcome challenges in achieving sales goals.

· Demonstrates the ability to effectively utilize available resources to achieve objectives.

· Values diversity and treats colleagues and customers with dignity and consideration.


Salary Range:

· SGD4000 – SGD7000 per month
