- Collaborate with business and product leaders within CUL to devise and execute new business requirements aimed at enhancing market presence and group financial performance
- Implement strategies to enhance current business processes, system workflows, and operations, with the goal of boosting productivity, efficiency, and security measures
- Ensure the provision of support services and system features that prioritize customer satisfaction
- Share insights and expertise related to Credit Cards and Cards Processing System, offering valuable guidance
- Detect and address issues or opportunities for enhancement in existing business processes

Key Requirements:
- Have at least a Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy and IT or equivalence
- At least 5 years' experience in managing projects or customer relations pertaining to Credit Card and unsecured Credit domains
- Exhibit adeptness in analysis and execution, showcasing capability in handling multiple tasks and instigating change in intricate organizational setups and diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrate a team-oriented approach with a constructive demeanor, professionalism, a robust work ethic, and an unwavering commitment to integrity and ethics
- Proficiency in identifying latent patterns or correlations among seemingly unrelated circumstances, uncovering pivotal issues in complex scenarios
- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
