Responsibilities:
- Handling of phone calls/ messages, booking of appointments, liaising with doctors/colleagues to answer patient’s queries.
- Registration, dispensing, booking of external tests or appointments.
- Claim submission and processing.
- Uploading of documents, data entry, sending out memos/ replies.
- Sanitisation and simple housekeeping duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC/ Diploma, with experience as patient service associate or customer services associate (any industry).
- No clinical experience required. On the job training will be provided.
- Good team player with caring personality.
- Good interpersonal skills. Communicate well with both adults and kids.
