JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the marketing team by assisting with e-commerce product listings and preparing promotional materials, such as designing posters and price tags for stores.
- Plan and ensure the smooth execution and operation of the entire e-commerce order flow.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure orders are fulfilled.
- Provide professional, prompt, and reliable service for customer inquiries.
- Perform stocktaking and ensure stock accuracy.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence.
- Support and ensure the smooth execution and operation of corporate orders and corporate Chinese New Year bazaar events.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
