Responsibilities:
· Provide sales and administrative support to the sales team.
· Handle sales inquiries.
· Oversee the shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies.
· Assist in sourcing materials, goods, products, and services.
· Prepare sales quotations and service reports.
· Track deadlines for submission and completion of sales reports.
· Create PowerPoint slides for presentations.
Requirements:
· Minimum of ITE qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
· Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage work priorities.
· Capability to meet tight deadlines.
· Prior experience in shipping and sales is a plus.
