Key responsibilities:

• Support in client relationship building

• Develop framework and strategic directions


Job Overview:

As a Strategist at Remake, you will work on creating and executing strategies that align with the company's objectives and resonate with the target audience.


This role plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual and strategic aspects of a work.


The strategist should actively participate in discussions, be well-articulated and have the ability to

get key stakeholders buy-in.


Detailed Job Responsibilities


Brand Strategy:

• Familiar with brand foundations, develop and refine brand positioning

• Deep understanding of FMCG brands

• Introduce relevant frameworks that are effective

• Direct or indirect contribution to pitches and day to day projects given

• Able to work independently with clear briefs and aligned directions with key stakeholders

• Ability to conduct detailed desktop research to understand market trends, consumer

behaviour, and competitive landscapes. As and when needed, to partner with external research partners

• Identify and segment target audiences to tailor brand messages and strategies effectively

• Development and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines

• Present ideas with passion and energy

• Connect strategy and rationale back to work

• Manage internal and external stakeholder buy-in

• Be at ease with client facing presentations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field.

• Prior 2-3 years’ experience in the same area

• Interest in design, branding principles, processes, and industry trends

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in using related software tools
