1. Support contingent workforce transaction monitoring and lifecycle management
2. Implementation of the governance framework.
3. Process Improvement - Review and enhance current processes to support stakeholders to improve efficiency and journey
4. Support the development of Data Driven Operating Model for contingent workforce

- Support contingent workforce transaction monitoring and lifecycle management
- Support the Contingent workforce governance framework.
- Support the management of policies and guidelines for vendor management including vendor performance scorecard implementation and assessment
- Review and enhance current processes and tools to support stakeholders for new and existing engagements to improve efficiency
- Provide and develop training, standards and guidelines of CWF best practices to managers
- Support the development of Data Driven Operation Model for contingent workforce Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services industry; preferably in contingent workforce programme, project and management
- Strong stakeholder management and oral/written communication skills with ability build relationships with leaders across the business.
- Strong project management skills with a sense of urgency.
- Intermediate to Expert level user of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
