Responsibilities
- Support HRBP in all administrative matters across the full spectrum of HR functions
- Support onboarding and offboarding matters
- Collate HR data and update staff information databases for reporting/ analysis
- Handle reclass / financial matters
- Renewal of staffs' contracts
- Coordinate EOM reports for billing, audit purpose
- General admin matters
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirement
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource or related fields with minimum 3-4 years of prior working HR experiences
