We are looking for a seasoned product leader who can help us scale our video streaming and advertising business. The role will be responsible for building impactful user experiences and solving key customer pain points. We are looking for a leader who is analytical (strong in data deep dive and insights), and has an experience in launching customer facing products. He/She will work in a highly collaborative environment with some of the best engineers, marketers and product managers, and be part of a rapidly growing initiative which is going to become a huge area of growth for Amazon's Advertising business and pioneer the usage of new technology at Amazon scale.
Key job responsibilities
- Create customer-backwards product strategy through user research, customer insights/data and competitive analysis, and validate hypothesis using A/B testing
- Define the end-to-end user experience and write product requirements/specifications to meet key business requirements
- Work closely with technology teams to implement and launch high quality products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing/operations/content) to drive adoption of the products
- Define the key metrics for success, and work with analytics teams in setting up reports/dashboard to measure progress, while contributing to the overall viewership/revenue metrics
- Manage and own the long-term roadmap for the product, and get involved in sprint planning, maintaining the backlog and take key prioritization decisions
- Create and own documents for leadership reviews and stakeholder alignments
