Job Summary:

Responsibilities
- Facilitate patient registration and ensure a smooth consultation process.
- Address and resolve inquiries from patients and internal stakeholders with professionalism and efficiency.
- Offer support and guidance to patients as required, enhancing their overall experience.
- Manage financial transactions by processing payments for services and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Deliver personalized financial guidance to patients to help them navigate their healthcare expenses.
- Aid in coordinating and scheduling follow-up appointments to ensure continuity of care.
