Customer Engagement Executive (Education)
- Location: Upper Thomson or Punggol
- (Willing to travel to other branches when required (Bukit Timah, Tampines, Katong)
- Working days: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend (44 hours per week)
- Working time: Mon - Fri (shifts between 10AM-10PM) ; Sat & Sun (8AM-6PM)
- Salary: S$2,800 - S$3,600
Job Responsibility:
- Acquire and maintain strong knowledge of the organisation's programmes, services and processes.
- Keep abreast of latest MOE initiatives to stay relevant with customers' needs
- Actively promote and upsell programmes to both prospective and existing customers.
- Attend to customers' needs and enquiries in a prompt and service-oriented manner.
- Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with all stakeholders.
- Handle all walk-ins, phone, text messages and online enquiries in a warm, earnest and professional manner.
- Meticulous and detail oriented to ensure administrative duties like registration and enrolment data are accurately captured.
- Maintain an updated record of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback and complaints.
- Provide support and assistance to teachers and students whenever required.
- Uphold a strong communication platform between teachers and parents.
- Assist in other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder.
- Proficient with Google Docs, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in education industry would be advantageous.
