Shipping & Logistic Executive (LC Documentation)

Job requirements:
Shipping and Logistics
- Facilitate the shipping of products between destinations.
- Arrange transportation and deliveries to meet customer demand on time.
- Manage order fulfillment and transportation within deadlines.
Documentation and Administration
- Coordinate shipment documentation with suppliers.
- Support global purchasing of goods and services for customers.
- Handle full scope of purchasing documentation, including Sales Orders, POs, and delivery status updates.
- Prepare shipping documents for imports and process bank documents like Letters of Credit.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data input, paperwork, and document filing.
- Manage feedback and complaints from customers and suppliers.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior.
Continuous Improvements
- Review freight costs and transportation rates for cost optimization.
- Track supplier performance and support improvement initiatives.
- Continuously improve processes, such as streamlining documentation for faster processing.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in supply chain management and logistics.
- Relevant logistic and shipping experience. from Trading industry is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience in LC preparation and documentation is a must
- Strong technical knowledge in the logistic and shipping industry
- Highly proficient in desktop technologies (e.g. MS Office Excel, Word, Outlook) and in ERP system (e.g. Oracle).
