Executive / Personal Assistant to GM

Responsibilities


  • Keep track and organise the calendars and schedules of our key executives, and provide timely reminders
  • Prioritize meetings, emails, phone calls according to our key executives’ requirements
  • Bookkeep (maintain files and update records) and ensure the right documents and information are prepared prior to event
  • Prepare and consolidate presentation decks
  • Handle and screen correspondences for our key executives
  • Take accurate minutes for our key executives’ formal meetings

Requirements


  • Minimum1 year experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill / active listening
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and application
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
