Product Engineer
Work Location: Tampines Industrial
Work Day: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and modify BOM structures to support product development and manufacturing.
- Manage SFC (Shop Floor Control) system and SAP maintenance to ensure accurate production data.
- Design and optimize rack packaging to improve production efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute BOM and material changes, ensuring smooth transition and implementation.
- Support mass production and drive continuous improvement through Kaizen activities.
- Assist in factory NPI (New Product Introduction) qualification and ISO audits.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in engineering with at least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently.
- Excellent project management skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively with customers, HQ, factory teams, peers, subordinates, and superiors.
- Compliance with RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) standards.
