- Executes the specific inspections & QC on materials, equipment and installation activities on site.
- Issues the relevant Quality Inspection Records and, when necessary, record non-conformances report to the production supervisor, project manager and relevant parties for action
- Ensure production team performs all relevant loop checks by requiring documentary evidence of such checks signed off
- Ensure production team performs completed cable connector tests of continuity, insulation resistance, and other electrical testing and require documentary evidence of such tests signed off
- Performs visual inspections, dimensional test, checks rating and material for connection, ensuring the connectors, PCBA and other products comply to standards and record noncompliance in Inspection report & follow up to ensure rectification
- Ensure documentary evidence of production team calibration of instruments for relevant processes and signed off by legitimate 3rd party measurement companies
- Witness the verification tests, controls and inspections carried out to evaluate the integrity of the QA/QC processes for both offsite & onsite at depots and workshops
- Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain the relevant documentation, check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and inspections, manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections.
